Internship: Design Driven Test Improvement

Design Driven Test Improvement (D2TI) aims to optimize existing production test programs with special focus on integrating semiconductor design knowledge.
Your area of work will contain:
- Analysis of the
existing test program (e.g. test sequence, instrument connect/disconnect cycles, waiting times,...) - Update of
test program documentation with focus on D2TI requirements
Automation or
part-automation of the test program analysis and documentation
- Investigations and experiments for
improvement of
general test routines: - Evaluation of
test hardware with focus on D2TI

Temporary / Part-time (Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)

Test Engineering ,
Electronics or similar.
