Your tasks:

  • Preparation and execution of groupwide air, land & sea freight tenders in collaboration with your colleagues
  • Development of our network of logistics service providers
  • Digitalization and optimization of logistic processes as well as route and transport mode optimization
  • Improvement of the logistics purchasing strategy and risk mitigation to secure necessary capacities at best price
  • Promoting further utilization and maintenance of existing and new logistic systems
  • Preparation of logistics agreements for external warehouses, in
- and outbound logistics

  • Cooperation with and support of the international mills regarding logistics claim management
  • Managing and execution of analysis and reports to support logistic and other internal stakeholders

Your experience:

  • Profound experience in logistics (systems, markets, processes)
  • Good knowledge of MS office (word, power point, excel)
  • Eagerness to develop processes and utilize the power of digitalization
  • Experience with SAP and logistic systems
  • High proficiency in English
  • Networker with a communicative personality combined with strong negotiating skills
  • Proactive and result driven mindset
  • Willingness to learn, grow and to take on challenges

The minimum salary for this position according to the collective bargaining agreement of Austrian paper industry is EUR 3,770.42 gross per month.

The actual compensation package will naturally be agreed based on your qualification and experience in line with the market conditions.
