Senior Manager Technical Acquisition

In this challenging function you will make a remarkable contribution to further strengthen our market position in the automotive industry.

Together with a global team of experienced employees you will significantly increase our customer base and enable efficient project execution by providing high quality offerings.


Your Tasks:

  • Build and lead a global team of experienced employees to define our offered solutions based on our products and services
  • Provide technical offer artifacts such as cost estimation, project schedule based on product roadmap and technical quote description
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. customer center, commercial proposal management, sales, engineering, product management etc.) and with our global customers
  • Streamline and enhance all relevant processes related to technical acquisition within the overall products development framework in order to deliver highest team performance and working efficiency

Your Profile:

  • University degree with strong technical understanding
  • Several years of technical acquisition experience
  • Passionate about leading teams and organize work within an international environment
  • Deep knowledge and affinity for the Automotive industry and market demands
  • Strong networker with outstanding professional communication skills to drive topics successfully along tight deadlines
  • Willingness to travel up to 2030 %
  • Excellent Excel and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; German is a plus
  • Ability to create a good work atmosphere in an inspiring, visionary, and motivating way
