**Operational Supply Chain Manager (f/m/d)**:

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Bevorzugt Berufserfahrung im Bereich Customer Care und/oder Logistik
- Versierter Umgang mit Excel und Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen
- Kommunikationsstarke und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Eine ausgeprägte Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung
- Genauer und eigenständiger Arbeitsstil
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Kollegialität und Hands-on Mentalität

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie lösen gerne operative, logistische sowie systemische Probleme und gewährleisten dadurch die Lieferungen der Produkte an KundInnen weltweit
- Sie sind First Point of Contact bei operativen Fragen für unsere KundInnen
- Vorbereitung von Dokumenten und Abwicklung von länderspezifischen Anforderungen betreffend internationalen Versendungen
- Rechnungskontrolle und -kontierung, Sendungsnachverfolgung sowie die Bearbeitung von Retouren liegen in Ihrem Aufgabenbereich
- Sie bieten unseren KundInnen Service auf höchstem Niveau
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei Projekten bzw. Optimierung von Prozessen
