Manager Finance Austria & Switzerland (m/w/d) Regionale kaufmännische Geschäftsführung am Standort Wien Als Ansprechperson für die Zentrale in Deutschland sowie für alle relevanten lokalen Stakeholder verantworten Sie die ordnungsgemässe Betreuung und Abwicklung aller relevanten kaufmännischen Themen in Österreich und in der Schweiz
Ihre Aufgaben
Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung der direkten Mitarbeitenden
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Gesetzen sowie von internen Richtlinien und Vorgaben in der Region
Sicherstellung einer korrekten und vollständigen Finanzbuchhaltung im Rahmen der Monats- und Jahresabschlussprozesse
Zentrale*r Ansprechpartner*in für Finanzinstitute, Kreditgeber, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, Rechtanwälte und sonstige relevante Stakeholder
Verantwortung für die Finanzberichterstattung , das gesamte Cash-Management , die Berechnung des Investitionen- und Einstellungsbedarfs in der eigenen Abteilung sowie Sicherstellung einer korrekten Lohnbuchhaltung
Durchführung der Steuerberechnungen und -planung , Einhaltung der unternehmensrechtlichen Vorgaben und
Sicherstellen des reibungslosen Ablaufs bei Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse
Risikomanagement durch Analyse der Verbindlichkeiten und Investitionen des Unternehmens sowie Bewertung und Verwaltung der Kapitalstruktur
Monitoring der Finanz-IT-Systeme in Hinblick auf Einhaltung aller geltenden Vorschriften
Einhaltung der lokalen Transfer-Pricing-Themen
In Zusammenarbeit mit der HR-Abteilung Gewinnung und Rekrutierung von neuen Talenten
Wahrung der Aufgaben als Geschäftsführer*in (Repräsentationsfunktion, Vertragsunterzeichnung)
Als Mitglied eines internationalen Finanzteams, Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Finanzorganisation der Unternehmensgruppe

Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium , idealerweise mit Studienschwerpunkt Rechnungswesen und Finanzen
Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in einem international tätigen Unternehmen, davon mindestens drei Jahre in einer Führungsfunktion
Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Buchführungsgesetzgebung, insb. IFRS
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität, versiert im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, im Idealfall SAP Finance
Verhandlungs- und durchsetzungsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit mit Fingerspitzengefühl und Einfühlungsvermögen
Rasche Auffassungsgabe und ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen , mit einer Vorliebe für Analyse von Fakten und Zahlen
