Achieve sales goals and develop lasting client relationships by providing the highest level of customer service and complying with all company policies, procedures and directives.

Work with DVM ( District Visual Merchandiser ), Regional Visual Manager and store team to deliver brand vision via installation of monthly floor sets and maintenance of exceptional VM standards.

We are searching for experienced

Visual Merchandiser (w/m/d) 32 Hours / Week
for our brand in Designer Outlet Parndorf

Sales Generation:

• Meet sales goals
• Utilize the elevated levels of service to maximize sales performance
• Demonstrate an indepth knowledge of the merchandise
• After closing a sale, monitor all details including: shipping, alterations (if applicable) and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
• Comply with all sales related policies and procedures

Customer Service:

• Provide the highest level of customer service
• Build and maintain repeat clientele; utilize client book
• Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction

VM Responsibilities:

• Receive and communicate Floor Set and Floor Set Guide to store team
• With store management team install monthly Floor Set supported by DVM
• With store management team confirm standards to Daily VM Checklist
• Support and train Store management and Sales team in relevant visual guidelines
• Train store team in brand vision, floor sets and visual standards
• With DVM ensure all store team wardrobing is current and to brand image

Operations:

• Comply with all PointofSale policies and procedures
• Properly execute all relevant register functions
• Adhere to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendance
• Participate in all relevant training and development as directed by store management
