**Was du machst**
- Du bist in enger Abstimmung mit der Labelleitung verantwortlich für die kreative und strategische Ausrichtung der Abteilung
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Betreuung und Kreativ-Positionierung bereits etablierter Künstler:innen
- Du setzt künstlerische Zielsetzungen unter der Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher Vorgaben um
- Du bringst Dein vitales Kreativ-Netzwerk ein, um im Markt neue Talente und etablierte Acts anzuziehen und strategisch aufzubauen und zu betreuen
- Du nimmst Einfluss auf das Image der Künstler:innen und positionierst die Künstler:innen-Identität in Zusammenarbeit mit Künstler:in/Management, Marketing und Label übergreifenden Units wie Content Strategy, Editorial Brands, Brands/Live/Licensing

**Wer du bist**
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Musikbranche, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf der Entdeckung und Förderung von neuen Talenten
- Gute Kenntnisse im Musikbusiness und dir bereits ein starkes Netzwerk aufgebaut
- Die Fähigkeit, Musik aus verschiedenen Genres zu verstehen und zu beurteilen
- Kreativität und ein gutes Gespür für Trends in der Musikbranche
- Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten, um mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig verwalten zu können
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um erfolgreich mit Künstlern, Produzenten und anderen Branchenmitgliedern zusammenarbeiten zu können
- Hohes Engagement und Leidenschaft für die Musik
- Und hast bereits ein Team fachlich und disziplinarisch verantwortet
- Du liebst es in einem dynamischen sowie kreativen Team zu arbeiten
- Bist flexibel, belastbar und dein Handeln ist geprägt von Eigeninitiative
- Liebst es, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Und bringst eine große Reisebereitschaft mit
- Dein Deutsch ist fließend. In Wort und Schrift
- Genau wie dein Englisch

Das Gehalt liegt in branchenüblicher Bandbreite; das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt beträgt bei Vollzeit ab EUR 2.508,00- (Gruppe F) pro Monat.
Das tatsächliche Gehalt richtet sich nach den Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen des Mitarbeiters.
