ABOUT THE TEAM

The SAP Business Technology sales team is focused on empowering customers and partners to achieve agility, drive business value, and foster ongoing innovation through the integration, data utilization, and extensibility of SAP and third-party applications. As a solution sales team, we collaborate with our esteemed customers daily, exploring new innovative technology use cases and digital transformation initiatives.

THE ROLE

  • Manage basic inquiries from various stakeholders such as the sales community and assist in preparing customer and partner presentations
  • Handle operational issues using unified ticketing and similar tools
  • Maintain updated customer data in our CRM system
  • Engage in demand generation activities like pipeline meetings, creating and analyzing pipelines, and conducting win/loss evaluations through methods like cold calling and outreach
  • Support proactive outbound campaigns and follow up on incoming marketing leads to nurture and convert them into valuable business opportunities
  • Create videos, engage in social media communication (LinkedIn), and execute written internal and external communications with customers, partners, and SAP BTP teams
  • Collaborate with the team to expedite the Customer Evolution Move journey to the Cloud for our clients

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently enrolled in advanced studies at a university or university of applied sciences (Bachelor or Master level)
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in both German and English
  • Skilled in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office and SAP basics
  • Demonstrates soft skills such as teamwork, proactiveness, independence, creativity, goal orientation, and a thirst for understanding and learning new technologies
  • Displays a high level of initiative and readiness to take on operational tasks

As an esteemed employer, we provide a competitive salary based on the current collective agreement for employees in the IT services sector, starting at a minimum of 1700€ gross per month for full-time positions, along with a host of additional perks.
