Als Nike Store Head Coach ist es deine Aufgabe, innerhalb des Store eine Umgebung zu schaffen, welche den Kunden eine einzigartige Einkaufserfahrung und deinen Mitarbeitern eine hervorragende Arbeitsatmosphäre bietet. Außerdem setzt du Programme/Prozesse zur Verbesserung der Geschäftsergebnisse um.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

- Mitarbeiterführung, Steuerung der Betriebsabläufe und Steuerung des Store-Umfelds mit dem Ziel der Umsatzförderung, der Optimierung von Services und Organisation, der Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Erreichung der Gewinnziele, bei gleichzeitiger Einhaltung der betrieblichen Standards
- Coaching, Leitung und Fokussierung Ihres Teams, Vorgabe gemeinsamer Ziele und Inspiration durch die Kraft der Marke
- Aufbau eines Teams mit verschiedenen Talenten und unterschiedlicher Erfahrung sowie die Förderung von Stärken der einzelnen Mitarbeiter
- Verantwortlich für die Kommunikation und Vergabe von Prämien und Anerkennungen für das Store Team
- Verwaltung des finanziellen Budgets einschließlich der Mitarbeiterkosten und der Gesamtausgaben
- Entwicklung von Strategien zur optimalen Positionierung des Stores innerhalb des Bezirks (über den Einfluss, den der individuelle Store auf den Bezirk hat, hinausdenkend)
- Erstellen von Plänen zur Schadensverhütung gemeinsam mit LP (Loss Prevention)
- Nachfolgeplanung, effektive Steuerung von Leistungsprozessen sowie korrektiven Maßnahmen, als Maßnahme zur langfristigen Personalplanung und -entwicklung.

Qualifikationen:

- Bachelor-Abschluss und 6 Jahre Erfahrung im Einzelhandel, oder 7 Jahre Erfahrung im Einzelhandel ohne Hochschulabschluss
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition
- Erfahrung im Einzelhandelsbetrieb, in der Budgetierung, Planung, im Kundenservice, Verkauf, in der Mitarbeiterführung und im Management
- Umfassende Erfahrung und Kompetenz in der Bereitstellung von erstklassigem Kundenservice bei einem Markenhändler
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office und gängigen Einzelhandelssystemen
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Die Fähigkeit, hochleistungsfähige Teams aufzubauen, zu leiten und zu managen
- Fähigkeit Tools zur Konfliktlösung, zum Mitarbeiter-Coaching und -Mentoring richtig anzuwenden
- Bereitschaft zu Wochenenddiensten, Spätdiensten und ggf. zu Diensten an Feiertagen
