What you will be doing

- Responsible for the operational process

- Tasks include creating offers, supporting our logistics partner & invoicing

- Advising customers & acting as a liaison with other departments

- Participation in projects

- Supporting the Remarketing team

Your qualifications

- Completed business/technical education or

initial experience in customer service

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Structured and solution-oriented work approach

- Communicative and a team player

- Good IT skills

- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
