Warehouse Administrator

• Processing of deliveries created from the system (SAP-R3)
• Processing of air freight (IATA) (this is a special certification for preparaing doc for air freight).
• Processing of sea freight (IMDG) (Special training). (it would be nice, but its not mandatory).
• Creation of picking lists or Printing of product and address labels
• Ordering of trucks
• Daily warehouse and dispatch KPI briefing à preparing dispatch figures like, costs, service complaints, open deliveries etc.
• Customer Complaints Processing (Salesforce database)
• Close cooperation and communication with the carriers, customer service and production
• Supporting logistics projects like S4-HANA implementation
• Challenges:

• High work flexibility is for logistics a must have

• Strong knowledge of SAP-R3 Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Fundamental Experience in customs processes (import & export)
• Knowledge of IATA or IMDG
• Foreign language English, spoken and written
• Good willingness to communicate and network skills
• MS-Office skills (MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook and Word)
• Structured way of working
