Responsibilities:

• The inspection work shall cover welding inspection and coordination of nondestructive examination (NDE) activities carried out by the COMPANY or OTHER CONTRACTOR appointed by the COMPANY, either on COMPANY facilities or at OTHER CONTRACTOR yards and workshops.
• To act as CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector relevant to the scope of work assigned to the inspector.
• Witness hydrostatic tests, reinstatement tests and the like to ensure compliance with the COMPANY specification and International Standards.
• To carry out UT thickness, MT, PT and visual inspection.
• To witness hydrostatic tests, reinstatement tests and other testing to ensure compliance with the COMPANY specifications and relevant Standards.
• To witness and verify weld procedure tests and welder/welding operator qualification tests.
• To coordinate and identify radiographic work requirement for any particular task and verifying the interpretation of radiographic films.
• To perform, witness and review all other necessary inspections, tests, checks and reviews required to meet the COMPANY Quality Control and Quality Assurance objectives.
• To prepare, compile and submit to COMPANY Representative the inspection reports including NDE, repair and modification report and procedure. The report shall include the type of inspection carried out, inspection result or findings, type and extent of repair required/made and recommendation for each and every inspection.
• Findings of any discontinuity and/or defect shall be made known immediately to the COMPANY Representative indicating the type, size, orientation, location of discontinuities and/or defect(s) found, type of inspection carried out, etc.
• To attend meeting or discussion with COMPANY personnel which may be deemed necessary for any clarification etc.
• Report any nonconformances and deviations immediately to COMPANY Representative.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise the inspection activities in the fabrication facility.
• Review of fabricator Quality Plan, Inspection/Test Plan and Procedures.
• Verify that all quality control, inspection and test procedures have been approved.
• Checking newly received and stock materials to ensure compliance with the COMPANY's specifications and relevant standards.
• Monitoring of fabrication/welding works to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Verify that the required NDT and tests have been carried out and that the results are acceptable.
• Conduct thorough visual inspection including dimension checks of critical or major dimensions.
• Perform surveillance/audit checks, if deem necessary as part of the verification exercise.
• Participation of vendor / source inspection / or visit, as required or determined by the COMPANY.
• Ensure compliance of COMPANY HSE Management Systems.
• To perform any task(s) deemed necessary by the COMPANY and within the ambit of this Contract.

Job Requirement:

• Must possess CSWIP
• At least more than years work experience in related field.
• Prefer local nationality or with valid work visa to work in following location:
• Belgium
• Czech
• Austria
