Job Description

Enhancing Business Success through Data-Driven Approaches

  • Utilize web analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor website performance, user behavior, and online marketing campaigns.
  • Translate data into clear reports and presentations containing actionable insights for business enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business goals and KPIs, and establish analytics tracking for performance evaluation.

Optimizing Online Performance

  • Perform regular web data audits to ensure accuracy and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Offer strategic business consultancy to internal stakeholders to mold online strategies based on data findings.
  • Provide valuable inputs for alignment with marketing, sales, and product teams to enhance user experience and boost conversion rates.

Remaining Ahead in the Game

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in web analytics, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Manage A/B testing and other strategies for conversion rate optimization to enhance website efficacy.

Interconnecting Technology and Business, Enhancing Customer Experience

  • Create and uphold documentation and procedures for web analysis and reporting.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical team members, simplifying complex data into understandable business terms.
  • Aid in defining and refining the online customer journey for improved customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as a web analyst.
  • Demonstrated expertise in web analytics, digital marketing, or business consulting.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience with A/B testing, CRO techniques, and SEO principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with strategic thinking skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights clearly.
  • Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic web technologies is advantageous.
  • In-depth understanding of online marketing strategies and their impact on business success.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Proven project management skills with a history of delivering projects on time and as per requirements.
Additional Information

For compliance reasons, we disclose the minimum salary as per the collective agreement for this role, which stands at € 2.229,00 gross monthly. However, our competitive compensation package is aligned with market standards and notably exceeds the stipulated minimum.
