**EI Fulfillment Professional (m/w/d) - Wien**:
**Das wirst Du bei uns bewegen**:
Als Mitarbeiter/in des Bereichs Existing Installations bildest Du das österreichweite Kompetenzcenter für Fulfillmentprozesse im Bereich Wartungserfüllung, Störungsbehebung und Reparatur. Dabei agierst Du als aktive Schnittstelle zwischen den operativen Einheiten, wie Serviceleitung oder ServicetechnikerInnen und anderen Fachabteilungen sowie der Konzernmutter. Du übernimmst die Projektleitung für die Ausrollung von Konzernprozessen und -anwendungen, sowie deren aktive Steuerung.

Zu Deinem abwechslungsreichen Aufgabengebiet zählen folgende Tätigkeiten:

- Die Steuerung und Anpassung von Prozessen im Bereich Wartungserfüllung, Störungsbehebung und Reparatur (SAP-bezogene Prozesse, digitale Tools)
- Das Ausrollen oben genannter Prozesse und das Umsetzen von regionalen Projekten (beinhaltet die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen)
- Das Agieren als First Level Support für Serviceleitung, Back Office und Servicetechniker:innen
- Das Bilden der Schnittstelle zur teils englischsprachigen Konzernmutter
- Die Durchführung von Analysen zur Wartungs-, Entstörungs-, und Reparaturleistung sowie das Ableiten entsprechender Aktionspläne
- Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung Digital Service Operations, zur Nutzung der Digitalisierungsfortschritte in allen Fulfillmentbereichen.

Wir wenden uns an kommunikative Persönlichkeiten mit einer Affinität zu technischen Produkten. Als unser:e Idealkandidat:in zeichnest Du dich durch Dein verbindliches und selbstsicheres Auftreten aus.

Des Weiteren verfügst Du über:

- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni) mit wirtschaftlichem und/oder technischem Hintergrund
- Ausgezeichnetes MS Office Anwendungswissen (insbesondere Excel) sowie SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung sowie eine selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ein geübter Umgang mit digitalen Medien

Die Entlohnung entspricht der jeweiligen Einstufung laut Kollektivvertrag für die Metalltechnische Industrie und liegt bei mindestens € 3.310,48 brutto/Monat auf Vollzeitbasis. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung vorgesehen.
