The Role
As HR Operations Specialist, you will provide day-to-day support to our Austrian and European employees.

We're looking for someone who will enjoy delivering a people-focused service across the entire employee lifecycle for all types of employment relationships (employees, consultants, EOR and agency).

You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with the Team Lead, People Essentials and wider global People team, supporting projects and assisting the creation and rollout of new global People policies.


You will have the opportunity to:

  • Own people-related enquiries and requests (including employee relations issues), and manage day-to-day relationships with our European EOR employees, including query and problem resolution.
  • Own the complete employee lifecycle including all onboarding and offboarding activities, and manage all employeerelated documentation such as offer letters, contracts and change letters.
  • Manage our HR system including data input and reporting, also working with the Team Lead, People Essentials and wider People team to continually improve its functionality.
  • Manage administration for our company benefits in conjunction with our thirdparty provider, as well as implementing our benefits package in collaboration with Rewards Lead.
  • Support the visa and immigration process for new and existing employees.
  • Process the monthly payroll for Austria (and provide cover for UK and US colleagues).

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of HR topics and Austrian employment law.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing ER cases to a successful completion in Austria.
  • First
- or second-hand knowledge of running payroll.

  • Ability to use data to inform HR decisions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with ability to work independently whilst also contributing to a wider team.
  • Very high customer orientation, focusing on value add and finding innovative solutions using own initiative.
  • Fluency in English and German, with ability to interpret legal documents in both languages, and successfully communicate with Austrian officials and magistrates on legal topics.
  • Creative outlook and a continuous improvement and scalability mindset, with the ability to work effectively amongst changing demands in a growing company.
