Your responsibilities:
- Supervising, executing, and documenting production processes in the pharmaceutical field
- Setting up and operating production equipment
- Performing cleaning tasks following hygiene regulations
- Conducting quality checks
- Working in cleanroom and GMP environments
- Reviewing documents according to GMP guidelines
Requirements:
- Completed education with strong technical understanding
- Experience in chemistry, pharmacy, or related fields (food production experience is advantageous)
- Experience in production or shift work is a plus
- Ideal knowledge of GMP guidelines
- Willingness to work in a 4-shift system (including weekends)
- Good verbal and written German skills
- Precise and conscientious work ethic
- Team player with high sense of responsibility and flexibility
