The Director Load Consolidation Center supervises the European transport control tower responsible for Transport, Customs, and Pallets management operations across Europe. This role oversees operations, service delivery, financial performance, and drives continuous improvement for increased productivity. It also involves strategic thinking, developing recommendations for senior management buy-in on future initiatives.

How You Make a Difference

The job involves:

  • Developing LCC strategies and roadmaps.
  • Managing all activities related to international transport, customs clearance, and pallets management to ensure safety, availability, and service delivery while meeting internal and external requirements.
  • Ensuring continuity of supply through risk management, demand forecasting, and supplier relationships.
  • Implementing improvement processes to enhance service, reduce costs, and environmental impact.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to improve KPIs, focus on environmental and productivity opportunities, and lead the LCC team to meet targets.
  • Contributing to Logistics Procurement in supplier evaluation and optimization for transportation, customs, and Pallets.
  • Working with suppliers to ensure effective management and continuous improvements.

Your Qualifications

Your career growth needs:

  • Relevant university degree.
  • Experience in Logistics Operations with P&L management.
  • Over 15 years of supply chain experience.
  • At least 8 years of team leadership experience.
  • FMCG or Logistic service provider experience, preferably in transport control tower.
