How You'll Make an Impact

  • As part of the strategic aspect to your responsibilities you:
  • Set the commercial course for the business ramp-up needs for allcommercial sales / tender and execution aspects
  • Establish a concept for current and future, international tender andexecution activities
  • Are a one of the building blocks to the foundation of a tobedevelopednetwork and organization
  • As part of the operational aspect to your responsibilitiesyou:
  • Take responsibility as commercial project manager (f/m/d) (sales andexecution) for our international overhead line service projects, starting from veryearly tender activities
  • over customer negotiations
  • to the execution of ourpromises
  • As a center of competence, you support and collaborate with our globalproject teams, e. g. research and development group and regions when biddingand executing a project

What You Bring

  • Successfully concluded commercial education commercial apprenticeshipand economical academic studies desirable
  • Multiyear professional experience in commercial turnkey or serviceproject business, ideally in project sales as well as project execution phase
  • Funded knowledge and experience in project management / controlling /reporting, contract and claim management in international turnkey business,IFRS15 / project accounting, project sales calculation and negotiations withinternal and external stakeholders
  • Full professional proficiency in English and German
  • Ability and willingness to work in the yet undefined organizationlandscape and fastchanging environment of a rampup business
  • Strong set of personal capabilities that support building a network,developing people, culture and organization combined with a mindset ofproactiveness, innovation and teamwork

The FINANCE team is yet a small team - thuscross-collaboration and joined hands are fundamental to our everyday work.

Inyour role, your main focus will be on the commercial project side of things -from the early project sales over project tender activities up to projectexecution.

Our Grid Technology division enables a reliable, sustainable, anddigital grid. The power grid is the backbone of the energy transition.

SiemensEnergy offers a leading portfolio and solutions in HVDC transmission, gridstabilization and storage, high voltage switchgears and transformers, anddigital grid technology.
