**Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Treibt die regionale Marketingstrategie voran und passt sie an, um die lokale Relevanz zu maximieren
- Gestaltung der Consumer Journey in allen Kommunikations
- und Vertreibskanälen
- Erstellt den 360°-Marketingplan für die Marke in Abstimmung mit Trade/Product Marketing und Online
- Planung und ständige Evaluierung der Produktlancierung und des Promotion Kalenders
- Verantwortlich für A&P Budget und Ausgaben
- Führt A&P-ROI-Analysen durch und verbessert die Marketingeffektivität durch einen Test
- und Lernansatz, mit Unterstützung des Digital Commerce
- Leitet und implementiert POS/Retailer-Aktivitäten und Customer Events
- Organisation von PR und Influencer Events
- Einführung neuer Türen und Visual Merchandising Projekten/ Neueröffnungen
- Führung eines kleinen Teams (Product/Trade Marketing Team)

**Qualifications** Anforderungsprofil**:

- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder berufsrelevante Ausbildung
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen E-Commerce, Online-Marketing und digitale Medien von Vorteil
- Starkes Interesse an Beauty und Luxusmarken
- ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Reporting-Erfahrung
- Proaktive und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Effektive, strukturierte und praktische Arbeitsweise
- Sie sprechen und schreiben fließend Englisch und Deutsch
