AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for a Supply Chain Network Manager (f/m/d).


In this role, you'll spearhead the development of collaboration guidelines for partners, manage key strategic projects, and establish a robust supply network.

You'll also oversee procurement, define market and customer service requirements, and contribute to the feasibility of plans in the S&OP process.


What Your Day To Day Will Look Like:

  • Development collaboration guidelines for partners as framework for partner management
  • Take responsibility for key strategic projects
  • Set up of a robust and efficient Supply network
  • Contractual negotiation with SC partners (CMO's, logistic companies, etc.) according AOP standards
  • Set standards for network partner cooperation and collaboration
  • Interaction with countries to implement standard contract with local partners
  • Procurement and managing providers of outsourced services
  • Define Market and customer service requirements
  • Monitor total costs and risks of services
  • Develop standard customer service guidelines & KPI's
  • Ensure the organization's ability to fulfill the required services
  • Outcome is prerequisite for a feasible plan created in S&OP

Your Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in international & strategic Network design or strategic supply chain management
  • Working experience in a pharmaceutical company is an advantage
  • Strong skills regrading contract development and negotiations
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in project management
  • String skills regarding process optimizations
  • Very good top managementoriented presentation & communications skills
  • Fluent in English & German good skills desired
  • Willingness to travel (30%)

  • Gross monthly salary provided for this function is a minimum of EUR based on fulltime employment. Any potential overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
