**Ihr Aufgabengebiet****:

- Proaktive Unterstützung bei der Planung und Leitung strategisch relevanter Projekte mit Kundenbezug (z.B. Umsetzung von Business Plan Initiativen)
- Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Ausgestaltung der Strategie der LGT Bank AG in Österreich
- Unterstützung und Mitarbeit bei Pricing Initiativen inklusive Second Level Support für Kundenberater
- Professionelle Gestaltung von internen Präsentationen für die Geschäftsleitung
- Erstellung von Markt
- und Konkurrenzanalysen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit und Support der Markteinheiten
- Crossfunktionale Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Bereichen innerhalb der LGT Bank in Österreich und EMEA Region
- Koordinierung der Lancierung neuer Offerings/Dienstleistungen in Abstimmung mit der LGT Gruppe, z.B. Lancierung neuer Private Market Offerings und Identifikation von Trainingsbedarf

**Ihr Profil****:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Unternehmensführung oder ähnliches
- Sie bringen bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit oder in der Strategie
- und Unternehmensberatung mit.
- Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete PowerPoint und Excel Skills sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Sie verfügen über sicheres Auftreten, eine hohe Kunden - und Servicebereitschaft und eine analytische Denkweise.
- Sie sind ein zuverlässiger, flexibler Teamplayer (m/w/d) mit einer Can-Do-Mentalität, der auch in stressigen Situationen nie den Blick für das Ganze verliert.
