Hast du Lust als Social Media Manager bei hotelkit eine wichtige Rolle in der Gestaltung unseres Social Media Auftritts zu spielen? Die Marken medikit und hotelkit als auch die Unternehmenskultur nach außen zu tragen und damit die Employer Brand zu stärken wären genau dein Ding? Darüber hinaus willst du dich nicht auf dem Status quo bewegen, sondern die Follower-Zahlen und Reichweite steigern und aktiv die Community managen?

Aufgaben
- Selbständige Betreuung der Social Media Kanäle (für beide Produktmarken hotelkit und medikit)
- Eigenverantwortliche Aufstellung und Umsetzung eines Redaktionsplans für organisches Posting
- Koordination, Planung und Auswertung der organischen Postings
- Erstellung von ansprechendem Content zur Optimierung der organischen Reichweite und Markenpräsenz in enger Abstimmung mit dem Marketing Content Team und unserem Grafik Design
- Zusammenarbeit mit Performance Marketing für Koordination und Abstimmung von Inhalten
- Betreuung der Online-Community in den digitalen Kanälen, wie Meta und LinkedIn

Qualifikation
- Du hast schon Erfahrung im Bereich Social Media Management und Content Creation im beruflichen Umfeld gesammelt
- Du bist eine kreative Persönlichkeit mit Leidenschaft für Storytelling
- Du legst eine Affinität für Social Media und ein Gespür für digitale Trends (Reels, IG TV, Storys, etc.) an den Tag
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und verfügst über ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du verfügst über sehr gutes Zeitmanagement, Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Hands-on Mentalität ist dein Credo und liebst eine eigenständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Du glänzt im Team und bist anderen gegenüber offen
