Service Portfolio Manager (f/m/d)

YOUR TASKS


As Service Portfolio Manager you are our Single-Point-of-Contact for internal and external stakeholders for all topics related to Allianz Technology's Service Lifecycle Management.

Through the following tasks, you make a significant contribution to the functionality and further development of the entire Allianz group.- You manage the entire Service Portfolio through the Service Lifecycle (pipeline, catalogue, decommission) and ensure that it fits to the company's business strategy.- You ensure that the Service Catalog provides a single and consistent source of information of all IT services.- You are responsible for keeping service documentation up to date and that service descriptions are expressed clearly to support stakeholder engagement and service delivery.- You will contribute to the adoption of the global standard and tool-based Service Design Process for Austria, by implementing and adapting it to our local service processes.- You verify and monitor the running services constantly, proposing improvements and bringing the stakeholders together to find innovative solutions.


YOUR SKILLS- A completed degree in technical field, ideally with strong affinity in IT.- You have solid working experience in strategic service management, paired with problem solving as well as conceptual skills.- You have an understanding of IT infrastructure, service structure/management. Knowledge of ITIL or Service Now will be a huge plus, but you can also improve these skills within Allianz Technology.- You are passionate for development, organization and implementation of problem solutions in a dynamic team in an international environment.- Due your proactive and strong communication skills you will share your knowledge with our teams in fluent English.
