Job Description
  • Act as a central figure for AI-related queries and training needs, fostering a culture of AI literacy across all departments
  • Evaluate tools offering AI solutions and their potential benefits for the company, liaising with external providers
  • Specialize in AI and large language models (LLMs), acting as a subject matter expert on AI-related topics
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging AI technologies to facilitate informed decision-making
  • Provide guidance on AI projects, develop AI strategies aligned with business goals, and ensure best practices and ethical considerations are met
  • Identify high-potential use cases for AI implementation and collaborate with teams for effective deployment
  • Enhance AI governance, create policies, and maintain an AI registry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI adoption and optimize processes
  • Educate employees on Prompt Engineering and efficient use of Gen AI tools
  • Contribute to Proof-of-Concepts using AI components and support in executing AI strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Engage with business units to understand AI needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Advocate for AI initiatives and their value across the organization
Qualifications
  • University degree in technical or business field (computer science, economics, data science, etc.)
  • Expertise in Generative AI topics and Large-Language-Models
  • Over 3 years of AI project management experience
  • Proficiency in modern AI tools, Python, SQL, and ethical AI considerations
  • Business acumen and interest in Finance and Fintech Industry
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, along with excellent communication abilities
