Ihre Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Sicherung der Qualität der Betreuungseinrichtung durch die leitbildkonforme Führung der Krabbelstube
- fachliche Dienstaufsicht
- Doppelfunktion Leitung und pädagogische Fachkraft
- Entwicklung von Strategien und Zielen, Ziel
- und Ergebnisorientierung
- laufende Abweichanalysen und Bereitschaft, auf Abweichungen in folgenden Bereichen zu reagieren: pädagogischer Bereich, Personalmanagement, Öffentlichkeits
- und Elternarbeit, betriebswirtschaftliche Aufgaben

Ihr Profil
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung an der BAfEP vorzugsweise mit Früherziehungsausbildung
- mindestens 2-jährige Berufserfahrung in der Kinderbetreuung
- Grundkenntnisse in der administrativen und wirtschaftlichen Führung einer Krabbelstube - ökonomisches Denken und Handeln
- Bereitschaft zur ständigen Fort
- und Weiterbildung, insbesondere im Führungsbereich
- umfassende aktuelle pädagogische und psychologische Kenntnisse, insbesondere über Kinder im Krabbelstubenalter
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Bereich Integration
- hohes Interesse und Erfahrung in der interkulturellen Erziehung
- Fähigkeit zur Präsentation der Kinderbildungs
- und -betreuungseinrichtung in der Öffentlichkeit
- Team-, Konflikt
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- kund*innen
- und serviceorientiertes Handeln
