Wir handeln mit gebrauchter Schalung und versorgen den Handel mit neuen Schalungskomponenten. **Stellenbeschreibung**
Du begleitest leidenschaftlich gerne Kunden in der Abwicklung eines Auftrages? Dabei möchtest Du einen entscheidenden Beitrag zum Erfolg eines jungen, schnell wachsenden und internationalen Unternehmens leisten? Dann ergreife die Chance und werde Teil unseres Form-on Teams

Als Teammember in unserem Customer Service bist Du kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unsere internationalen Kunden. Dabei betreust Du den gesamten Prozess von der Anfrage über den Eingang des Auftrages bis hin zur Auslieferung der Produkte.

Als Teil unseres hoch motivierten und engagierten Teams hast Du die Möglichkeit selbständig und eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten.
**Qualifikationen**
- Aufgrund Deiner abgeschlossenen kaufmännischen Ausbildung (z.B. HAK, Speditionsfachkraft, kaufmännische Lehre) und ersten beruflichen Erfahrungen (idealerweise in den Bereichen Logistik, Import/Export, Auftragsabwicklung oder Vertriebsinnendienst) kannst Du unsere Kunden optimal betreuen
- Dein Verständnis von Kundenanforderungen, Deine interkulturelle Kompetenz und Deine Sprachkenntnisse (sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Fremdsprache ist von Vorteil) ermöglichen Dir eine hohe Kundenorientierung
- Hands-on Mentalität, Pro-Aktivität und Selbständigkeit prägen Deinen Arbeitsstil
- Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und gute MS Office Kenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab

**Für diese Position wird ein marktkonformes Gehalt geboten, welches sich an der konkreten Qualifikation und der adäquaten Berufserfahrung orientiert. **Wir sind gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet ein Mindestgehalt anzugeben. Das jährliche Bruttomindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt laut Kollektivvertrag (holzverarbeitende Industrie ,36 EUR.
