As a Nursing Assistant, you play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals of all ages, primarily in hospitals, retirement homes, and facilities for the disabled. Your main tasks will be carried out under the guidance of nursing staff and can vary depending on the work setting.

Requirements:
- Completed training as a nursing assistant or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in German language (minimum B1 level)
- Availability to work in a three-shift system

- Sound judgment abilities
Responsibilities:
- Documenting patients' conditions and the care provided
- Assisting patients with toileting and bathing needs
- Supporting patients in dressing and feeding
- Ensuring patient hygiene and maintaining bedding
- Monitoring vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and weight
- Performing night and weekend shifts as required
- Being available for on-call duty during shifts
