Providing sound leadership and giving direction in all technological and product, solution, and service aspects of the ATM business of the Frequentis Group (FRQ) is the main responsibility.
This includes development and life-cycle optimisation, reference architecture, underlying technologies and integration platforms of ATM products, services, and solutions as well as the procurement and integration of third-party products.
- Key Tasks- You will be responsible for the groupwide ATM portfolio management and you will continuously contribute your technology expertise to the Frequentis Group's strategies and business models.
- You will be a promoter of a culture that supports innovation, collaboration, knowledge transfer, and continuous learning across the organization.
- You will be responsible for integrating new technologies into our existing products and solutions, while optimizing the use of our resources.
- You will be responsible for the overall R&D financial planning and performance for the ATM portfolio of products and solutions, within the provided financial frame conditions of the OneATM Executive Board.
- You will be the main driver to improve the software business model including licensing and software maintenance revenue.
- You will establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and academia to enhance our innovation capabilities and market position.
- You will be responsible for defining objectives, measuring performance, and ensuring goal achievement for your team and the ATM business unit.
- You will act as a representative of Frequentis to key opinion leaders, academic circles, and industry groups, and build strong relationships with them.
- Key Qualifications
- You have an academic degree and a background in the IT and software industry.
- You have at least 5 years of management experience and more than 7 years of experience in business, product management or development and/or sales in a safety
- You have professional experience in working with public authorities or related organizations in the field of aviation or other safetycritical environments.
- You have proven experience in designing and implementing growth strategies for existing and new business areas.
- You have expertise in developing and implementing innovative gotomarket and business models that create value for customers and stakeholders.
- You have strong communication skills with different stakeholders, as well as critical thinking, analytical and problemsolving skills.
- And you are very good at making decisions based on data and insights.
