Your profile ideally illustrates:

  • Experience in texting such as letters with strong feeling for language (storytelling on/offline an advantage)
  • Knowhow in excel
  • Excellent German and very good English skills
  • Team player with coordinational talent
  • Well structured, resultoriented, cheerful balanced, handsonmentalitydriven
  • Technical experience Office 365, SharePoint, virtual communication tools, e. g. MS Teams
  • Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission

Your contribution will be:

  • Texting and processing with and for all donors incl. handling requests, thankyouletters, special interests (Xmas, birthday, school, anniversary) on, offline
  • Selecting content for donor communication, presentations, newsletters out of portfolio
  • Administrating regular offers/invoices from external service providers/agencies for overview (excel) together with Middle Donor Specialist for preparation of donation seal

Our offer includes:

  • For this position a total gross salary of EUR 14, parttime base, consisting of 14 payments, per 15h) is considered
**This position is a sickleave cover from the 15th of February 2024 till the 1st of May 2024.
