**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Du kommunizierst aktiv mit Kund:innen über Social Media und stärkst damit unsere Community
- Du bietest unseren Kund:innen einen "Surprise-Service" auf unseren Kanälen und suchst immer die bestmögliche Lösung für unsere Kund:innen
- Mit deinen Postings und Antworten gehst du gerne in den Dialog mit unseren User:innen
- Als Teamplayer unterstützt du deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen

- Du möchtest deine Affinität für Social Media beruflich ausleben
- Du kommunizierst gerne und persönliche Beratung macht dir Freude
- Du lernst gerne Neues und entdeckst neue Trends auf Social Media
