Main Tasks
- Contribute to financial planning within the Film Business Area (annual budget, quarterly forecasts, etc.)
- Participate in product decisions to optimize business performance
- Generate Ad Hoc Reports and conduct KPI Analysis
- Attend Controlling meetings to update stakeholders on financial status and KPIs
- Facilitate product investment decisions through the green light process
- Manage P&L and Balance Sheet, collaborating with various departments for financial reporting
- Align local GAAP financials with IFRS standards and support the Consolidation team for group closing processes
- Coordinate with external auditors for year-end reporting
- Aid in the integration of newly acquired Film companies
- Background in Business studies with a focus on controlling/accounting preferred
- Strong numerical comprehension, analytical skills, and accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SAP is a plus
- Fluency in German and English
