Internship Business Development PV (f/m/d)

(6 months, full-time or by arrangement)
***Your Tasks

  • Contributing significantly to the development and implementation of a groupwide training strategy and channel partner program mechanics for the photovoltaic sector with the potential to take ownership of this initiative
  • Participating in exciting business development projects within the solar industry, conducting competitor analyses and performing market research
  • Coordinating marketing and sales and operations planning (S&OP) activities between markets and headquarter
  • Providing operational support for business development and product management PV, including market compliance mapping, coordinating testing planning activities to ensure efficient and effective execution and maintaining liaison with testing institutes, authorities and solar associations
Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business Administration)
  • Previous experience in sales marketing, market research, or projects roles is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive and selfmotivated, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
  • Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus, especially German

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual as a Sales Marketing and Product Management coordinator for our photovoltaic category, working closely with country organizations and other key stakeholders such as manufacturing partners, external agencies and authorities.

This job is an opportunity to contribute to Wienerberger's success within the solar industry, which is one of the most dynamic and exciting industries making a significant contribution to ensuring the quality of life on our planet for future generations.


You will play a key role in driving the development and implementation of a group-wide training structure and channel partner program for the photovoltaic area, with the potential to take ownership of this initiative.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the operative coordination and substantially contribute to strategic business development projects in the field of solar in close alignment with Business Development Management Photovoltaics.

Your responsibilities will also include coordinating sales marketing activities between markets and headquarters, conducting competitor analyses and market research.

You will provide support in the area of product development and management, facilitating testing arrangements and market compliance mappings, liaising with testing institutes for the central testing program and coordinating testing planning.
