An highly motivated and experienced part-time HR Manager (M/F/d) to join our amazing team in Vienna.

Your responsibility with us:

  • As an HR Manager France (m/w/d) you provide comprehensive HR support to our French team with a dedicated focus on retail.
  • You collaborate with the Retail Regional Manager France and support the recruiting of ambitious and motivated sales talents for our amazing store team.
  • You identify talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies and manage the entire employee lifecycle.
  • You will contribute to the development and growth of the retail team in France, promote a positive working environment and ensure the successful integration of new team members.
  • You ensure that all labour laws and regulations are complied with at all times.
  • You are the goto person for the French and Austrian management and all employees on labour law issues and personal concerns.
  • You are based in the company headquarters in Vienna (Austria) and report to the Austrian HR team.

Your profile:

  • A deep understanding of French payroll accounting, calculation of holiday, sick leave, etc.
  • Solid understanding of French employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven track as an experienced HR Manager, preferably in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to drive HR initiatives that align with business goals.
  • You are
    fluent in English and French, German is a big plus.

The minimum salary for this part-time position (based on 20 hours per week) is EUR 20,000 gross per year. Depending on qualifications, there is a readiness for overpayment.
