About this role:

Join us as the Head of Marketing for Austria and be part of implementing creative marketing strategies that reach a wide audience. Your main focus will be leading the local marketing team and the marketing plan for Austria, enhancing our brand performance by making data-driven decisions aligned with JET's Global Marketing strategy.

Collaboration is essential in this role. Reporting to the Senior Director Marketing Northern Europe, you will closely cooperate with the Austrian Country Manager and collaborate with central marketing teams to develop winning strategies, boost sales, and enhance brand visibility. Building connections, you will engage with specialists to drive brand growth and meet our KPIs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead a team of local marketing representatives to execute marketing strategies in Austria, enhancing brand awareness, loyalty, and business impact.
  • Manage the ATL media plan and budget effectively.
  • Ensure flawless execution of global campaigns in the market, providing insights to central teams.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior central Marketing management on brand strategies.
  • Share local market feedback to shape JET's Global Marketing strategy.
  • Enhance brand visibility through strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and implement a local PR strategy in collaboration with the Brand team.

Qualifications:

  • Background in Management, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive marketing experience with team management skills.
  • Proficiency in Brand Campaign strategy development.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets.
  • Knowledge of data-driven marketing campaigns and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a bonus.
