**Über die Rolle**:
Als Process Owner verantworten Sie Prozesse und Prozessbeschreibungen (SOPs) in der Produktion von plasmatischen und rekombinanten Produkten für unsere Produktionsstandorte LA91 und LA24B/F.

In Abstimmung mit Kunden
- und Partnerabteilungen stellen Sie die ständige Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung sowie die Einhaltung aller Richtlinien und Vorschriften (GxP, EHS) sicher.

**Das bewirken Sie**:

- **Ownerschaft für Prozesse und Dokumente** **der pharmazeutischen Produktion** ( z.B. SOPs, MBRs, WIs)
- Hauptverantwortung für die Beschreibung der Produktionsprozesse der sterilen Abfüllung
- Kontinuierliche Anpassung und Verbesserung von Prozessrichtlinien und -Beschreibungen in Übereinstimmung mit aktuellen Vorschriften (GxP, MDR, EHS)
- Abstimmung mit Kunden und Partner-Abteilungen
- Repräsentation bei Audits, Behördenanfragen, Anfragen anderer Betriebsstätten, Projekten und Produkttransfers
- Review und Mitarbeit bei der Untersuchung von Abweichungen, Complaints, Berichten und Stellungnahmen

**Dafür bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung vorzugsweise im Bereich Biochemie, Biotechnologie, Chemie oder Verfahrenstechnik
- Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, idealerweise in der Chemie-, Pharma
- oder Lebensmittelindustrie ist willkommen
- Sehr hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, technisches Verständnis und Digital Skills
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und selbstbewusstes, durchsetzungsstarkes Auftreten mit Problemlösungskompetenzen
- Logisches vernetztes Denken, um komplexe Zusammenhänge einfach und verständlich darzustellen
- Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz, Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent und gute Koordinationsfähigkeit
- Versierter Umgang mit EDV Systemen
- Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
