About role
efficiency threw accurate and timely support of our clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Correspondence in German and English with clients, authorities, banks, etc.
  • Performs legal work in support of attorneys
  • Provides preliminary legal consultation services
  • Performs legal research
  • Prepares legal documents
  • Handle confidential and nonroutine information
  • Works with attorneys to oversee the contract template management process
  • Helps with special projects
  • Assists in project management from a legal perspective for new product development and release

About you

Ideally, you are meeting following hiring criteria:

  • Certification or associate's degree in paralegal studies (bachelor's degree is preferred)
  • Law Students are welcome
  • Experience in compliance roles would be considered as an asset
  • Investigative mind and strong research skills
  • Working knowledge legal database software
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
