Du bringst idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit quantitativem Schwerpunkt im Bereich BWL, VWL, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik, Statistik oder einem ähnlichen Fachgebiet mit.
Du hast erste Erfahrung im digitalen Projektmanagement und eine hohe Affinität zum Thema Digital-Analytics.
Hands-on-Mentalität, Lösungsorientierung und Umsetzungsstärke zeichnen dich aus.
Du arbeitest systematisch, sorgfältig und hast Freude daran, dich weiterzuentwickeln.
Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und Interesse an Wissensaustausch.
Du hast sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse in Sprache und Schrift.

**Du unterstützt uns bei**:
Optimierung der Customer Journey, um die Kundenbedürfnisse besser zu erfüllen.
Identifizierung von Chancen in digitalen Verkaufs
- und Betreuungsprozess auf der Grundlage von Analysedaten und Best Practices.
Konzeption, Durchführung und Auswertung von A/B-Testings in Zusammenarbeit mit engagierten UX/UI-Design-Kollegen.
Einsatz des Customer-Feedback Tools zur Erhöhung der Kundenzufriedenheit, sowie Qualitätssicherung der Online-Präsenz.
Ad-hoc Reporting und Kommunikation der Ergebnisse durch proaktive Beratung von Entscheidungsträgern.
Zentrale Ansprechperson, fachliche Verantwortung für den Werbemittelshop.
Budgeterstellung und -Monitoring sowie Einhaltung von Timelines.
