Duties and responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of our ERP systems and related projects.
  • Ensure that ERP systems are integrated and aligned with business strategies and processes.
  • Develop and implement best practices for managing and maintaining ERP systems.
  • Lead and mentor a team of ERP professionals, providing guidance and direction as needed.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful ERP implementations and integrations.
  • Provide support and training to endusers to maximize system efficiency and user competency.
  • Develop and manage budgets for ERPrelated projects and initiatives.

Qualification:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, Deltek, Unit4 or other major ERP systems is highly preferred.

Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP systems management and implementation.

Technical Skills

  • Latest Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Deltek, Unit4 or similar platforms is crucial.
  • System Integration: Ability to integrate ERP systems with other business processes and systems within the organization.
  • Data Analysis: Skilled in analyzing complex data to inform decisionmaking and improve ERP system performance.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee ERP implementations, upgrades, and maintenance.

Soft Skills

  • Leadership: Capable of leading and inspiring a team of ERP professionals, setting clear goals, and driving the team towards success.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and articulate complex ERP concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying issues within ERP systems and processes and developing innovative solutions.
  • Change Management: Proficient in managing change, as ERP system implementations can significantly alter existing business processes.

Hybrid Skills

  • Technofunctional Expertise: Understanding both the business processes and the technical requirements for ERP, enabling endtoend management of implementations.

Language skills

  • Excellent knowledge of English
