Head of Digital Marketing f/m/d:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • SEO and

SEM:
strategic collaboration with global marketing and implementation support

  • Regular monitoring and evaluation of new digital trends
  • Support of digital business models and their integration
  • Responsible for the respective processes, architecture, data and analytics
  • Roadmap definition, implementation and monitoring
  • Interface with IT, business, global marketing and contact persons in AVL subsidiaries
  • Budget planning, management and controlling
  • Digital customer and user experience (UX) and brand harmonization
  • Analysis, monitoring and reporting of the digital landscape
  • High competence in web analytics and performance measurement
  • Collaboration with agencies and other partners
  • Evaluation of new technologies

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing and/or digital marketing or equivalent and/or at least 57 years of professional experience (preferably in a B2B environment)
  • High competence in (agile) project and process management
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into a technical roadmap
  • Strong analytical and datadriven skills
  • Intercultural experience and communication
  • Ability to respond quickly to changing requirements
  • Translation of business models and marketing requirements into the digital communications ecosystem
  • Very good command of German and good command of English

Annual Remuneration:

Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €65, We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
