Responsibilities:

• Participation/Leading in preliminary projects, planning and implementation of technical or construction investment projects including preparation and creation of annual and medium-term plans
• Design of machinery and plant components with 2D or 3D design programs
• Technical, commercial, and organizational management in the execution of investment projects
• Preparation of submission, planning, and project documents (specifications) for equipment and construction tenders in all phases of performance
• Preparation of the award and control of planning and execution services to engineering offices as well as monitoring of construction services of contractors in terms of quality and quantity while considering cost-effectiveness

Requirements:

• Completed HTL mechanical engineering or similar qualification
• Excellent knowledge in technical and constructional plant engineering (layout, logistics, material flow) as well as project management
• Several years of professional experience in project management is an advantage
• Proficient in common industry-specific IT programs, 2D and 3D design software, and MS-Office
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Strong social skills and ability to resolve conflicts and drive changes
• High problem-solving skills, persuasiveness, and assertiveness
• Strong team spirit and good communication skills in conveying technical and economic relationships

What we offer:

Compensation and Benefits: The collective minimum salary for this position is €3.,87 gross (14 times a year). The actual payment depends on the respective qualifications and professional experience.
