beBee Professionals sucht eine/n Support-Analyst/-in für unser Büro in Wien.

Wir suchen eine/n motivierte/n und erfahrene/n Support-Analyst/-in, der/die unser Team unterstützen kann. Der/die ideale Kandidat/in sollte über ein fundiertes Verständnis der IT-Systeme und -Prozesse verfügen und in der Lage sein, komplexe Probleme zu lösen.

Die Aufgaben des Support-Analysten/-in umfassen:

- Analyse und Behebung von Problemen mit IT-Systemen und -Prozessen
- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung neuer Systeme und Prozesse
- Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Anleitungen
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von IT-Strategien

Der/die ideale Kandidat/in sollte über folgende Qualifikationen verfügen:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Analyse und Behebung von IT-Problemen
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von IT-Strategien
- Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen IT-Systeme und -Technologien
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
