Job Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Provide professional and disciplinary guidance to the team
  • Goal Achievement: Initiate and implement measures to achieve agreed objectives (productivity, quality, costs, quantity, ...)
  • Continuous Improvement: Initiate and implement Q6 and WIN activities
  • Order Planning: Fine-tune order planning in coordination with production and group management
  • Prioritization: Prioritize correctly and work goal-oriented
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to applicable safety regulations and guidelines
  • Communication: Communicate and coordinate with cross-departmental areas
  • Team Development: Train, integrate, and further develop new employees (professionally and personally)
  • Quality Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement of product and process quality
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Completed technical education in logistics, metal, plastic, or wood sector
  • Willingness for Learning: Open to further education
  • Experience: Experience in professional and disciplinary leadership of staff
  • Skills: SAP knowledge beneficial, English proficiency advantageous
  • Proficient: Good MS Office skills and affinity for other programs
  • Availability: Willingness for overtime and shift work
  • Work Approach: Precise and clean working method
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Kaizen
  • Language: Very good German language skills in both verbal and written
Salary & Benefits
The starting salary for qualified employees is at least EUR 2,727.95 gross/month, hourly rate EUR 16.36 up to EUR 2,909.81 gross/month, hourly rate EUR 17.45 full-time. There are allowances according to the employment contract's collective agreement and shift model. Depending on role, completion of an apprenticeship, recognized diplomas, and work experience, overpayment up to EUR 3,021.87 is possible PLUS allowances according to tasks and shifts.
