Die Verfügbarkeit, Sicherheit und den wirtschaftlichen Betrieb von Telekomnetzen sowie Leit-, Sicherungs
- und Telematiksystemen verantworten wir im Geschäftsbereich Bahnsysteme.

Der Schwerpunkt im "Team Digital Rail Innovation" liegt auf "Transform and Create the Business". In einer flachen Hierarchie treiben Sie gemeinsam mit einem jungen, dynamischen Team die digitale Transformation des Bahnbetriebs und legen damit den Grundstein für die Bahnsysteme von morgen.

**Ihr Job**
- Als Projektleiter:in analysieren und entwickeln Sie Data Science
- und Business Intelligence-Potentiale für den digitalen Bahnbetrieb.
- Darauf aufbauend erarbeiten und steuern Sie Weiterentwicklungs
- und Innovationspotentiale.
- Im Geschäftsbereich treiben Sie die Entwicklung des Echtzeit
- funktionalen, digitalen Zwillings für den Bahnbetrieb.
- Sie übernehmen damit eine federführende Rolle bei der digitalen Transformation des Bahnbetriebs.
- Sie entwickeln und formen fachbereichs
- und geschäftsbereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeits
- und Umsetzungsmodelle.
- Sie erstellen IST-Analysen und zeigen notwendige Transitions-Schritte zum SOLL-Zustand auf.
- Sie betreiben Markt
- und Trendscouting und forcieren den branchenübergreifenden Austausch.
- Sie erstellen und formen strategische Roadmaps.
- Sie analysieren, challengen und bündeln Anforderungen an Datenmodelle, bevor diese in eine technische Umsetzung gelangen.
- Sie vertreten die ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG konzernintern in nationalen sowie internationalen Gremien und führen ggf. Schulungen durch

**Ihr Profil**
- Sie denken gerne in großen Dimensionen und Out-of-the-Box.
- Sie sind Technik
- und Innovationsaffin, vorzugsweise im System Bahn.
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, proaktiv und weisen eine hohe interdisziplinäre Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf.
- Es fällt ihnen leicht, komplexe Sachverhalte in einfache Worte zu kleiden und managementtauglich aufzubereiten.
- Sie bringen mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Data Modellierung oder Data Science mit.
- Sie bringen mind. 3 Jahre Projektmanagement-Erfahrung klassisch und/oder agil mit.
- Erfahrung bei Enterprise Architecture Modellierung, Innovations-Management und Change Management sind ein Plus.

- Für die Funktion "Technik Spezialistin Senior Telematik" ist ein Mindestentgelt von € 43.568,14 brutto/Jahr vorgesehen. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung möglich.
