Global Sales Director

We are looking for a Global Sales Director - Tower with a permanent fulltime, all-in contract, located in D-A-CH Region (preferably Austria) or Central Europe.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global Sales strategy in line with the Tower Business Line strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong key account management
  • Lead and manage the global Sales team, setting targets and KPIs, coaching, mentoring and developing team members
  • Work closely with regional Sales leaders to ensure cohesive global Sales activities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure crossfunctional alignment
  • Provide accurate Sales forecasting and reporting to Executive Management
  • Plan and participate in industry events and conferences, and serve as an ambassador of the ADB SAFEGATE brand

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in global Sales management, preferably in the aviation industry
  • Proven track record of driving growth and expanding customer base in complex, multicultural environments
  • Experience in managing a Sales team
  • Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinking ability
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English, with a working knowledge of German

The minimum salary according to the IT collective agreement for this position is min. EUR 5.303;
- gross per month. Our attractive compensation package is benchmarked aligned with personal profile and seniority level.
