Allgemeines:

SPAR Perspektive Handel Caritas gGmbH is looking for a Deputy Market Manager for the training market in Villach, starting immediately.

As a retailer, Perspektive Handel Caritas gGmbH operates SPAR stores at multiple locations in Austria with the aim of qualifying and integrating individuals into the workforce.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Deputy organizational, economic, and personnel management of the market
  • Implementation of all legal requirements regarding hygiene, vocational training, employee protection, etc.
  • Personnel leadership, coordination, and development
  • Ensuring business success and achieving target goals

Ihr Profil:

  • You have a friendly and well-groomed appearance and experience with the SPAR goods management and ordering as well as cash register systems
  • Flexibility, resilience, and a flawless certificate of good conduct are required
  • You possess high social competence, teamwork, adaptability, as well as communication and coordination skills; a willingness for further education is a given

Unser Angebot an Sie:

  • The collective minimum salary ranges from € 2.,40 to € 2.,50 gross per full-time employment, depending on professional experience and recognition of previous service
