THE JOB WITH THE BEST STANDARD EQUIPMENT
You will be in charge of the project management in the complete vehicle area for our location in Graz/Austria. From product development to the handover into series production - you will be in overall control.
As project manager you are responsible for the achievement of project goals and take over the responsibility for planning and establishing the project organization.
In addition to successfully leading the project team, your strengths include the following:Your Tasks:
- Leadership of a complete vehicle development project & representation of Magna Steyr interests towards the customer
- Implementation of the project goals based on the target specifications
- Determination as well as implementation of the development strategy (coordination of technical content, determination of development efforts and necessary resources)
- Primary contact partner for the project core team
- Coaching and motivation of the assigned team. Identifying projectspecific training requirements and informing the responsible lines to initiate necessary training measures and/or initiating projectspecific training courses
Your Profile:
- Technical education (HTL, FH, TU)
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the automotive industry (development, project management)
- Communicative, teamoriented and assertive personality
- Delight in working with multinational groups
- Ability to comprehend complex interrelationships and dependencies
- Excellent knowledge of English
