**Your tasks**:

- Koordination von Prognose-, Bestell
- und Lieferaktivitäten bei CMO's
- Kontakt mit den lokalen Behörden (AGES) in Bezug auf Anträge, Nachbearbeitung von Lieferungen und Koordination von Meetings
- Kaufmännisches Supply Chain Management in SAP/APO für das Grazer Werk
- Erstellung, Pflege und Genehmigung von Lieferverträgen
- Auftragseingang, Kommunikation mit Kunden sowie Sendungskoordination zu den Lagerhäusern der Kunden
- Verbesserungspotenziale identifizieren und pflegen von Lagerbeständen
- Gewährleistung der Transparenz der Lieferkette und Bereitstellung von Daten für die Leistungsbewertung
- Frachtkoordination - Logistik und Transport

**Our expectations**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Universität/FH/Matura) im Bereichen Supply Chain Management
- Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Supply Chain Management
- Umfassende Kenntnisse in der Beschaffungsplanung, Datenanalyse sowie in der Bedienung und Wartung von ERP-Systemen
- Interesse und Fähigkeit in einer globalen Matrixorganisation zu arbeiten
- Umfassendes Verständnis für die Planung, Ausführung und Verwaltung komplexer globaler Versorgungslogistik
- Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgezeichnete Organisations
- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten
- Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Analytisches, kritisches Denken und proaktiver Arbeitsstil
