MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Gather data and insights on the account to:
  • Understand the account's ecosystem, including competition, customers, trends, budget, and market positioning.
  • Identify growth opportunities by understanding the customer's strategies and priorities.
  • Discover chances for recurring revenue and collaborations with ecosystem partners.
  • Personalize customer journeys and identify suitable partners for mutual growth.

BUILD IMPACTFUL VALUE PROPOSITIONS

  • Understand the account's environment and customer strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and customer engagement.

DEFINE AND EXECUTE ENGAGEMENT PLAN

  • Create and implement an engagement plan aligned with business objectives.
  • Customize marketing actions and messages for different account targets.
  • Coordinate with teams to enhance customer experiences and drive interactions.

MEASURE AND OPTIMIZE PROGRAMS

  • Adapt strategies based on customer insights and trends.
  • Monitor and report on marketing activities and results.
  • Share learnings with the marketing community.
