As the new Lead Principal Digital Design, you will be instrumental in defining and architecting our next-gen industrial microcontrollers. Your role involves driving innovation to create cutting-edge products that will make a lasting impact on the industry.



Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Chip-level architecture: Define chip-level architectures and SoC power concepts based on product requirements.
  • Chip size and power estimation: Accurately estimate chip size and power consumption leveraging your expertise.
  • Chip Validation: Support pre-silicon and post-silicon activities such as system bring-up, debugging, and characterization with your system expertise.
  • Technical leadership: Guide and inspire the project team with your technical experience.
  • Work package management: Estimate, plan, and track work packages to meet project milestones effectively.
  • Collaborative teamwork: Foster close collaboration with various stakeholders for seamless project execution.

Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Design.
  • Expertise in top-level definition and integration of complex SoCs.
  • Experience in SoC debugging and system bring-up.
  • Familiarity with UPF (Unified Power Format) and power intent management.
  • Proficiency in SystemVerilog, Verilog, VHDL for RTL design and verification.
  • Skills in scripting languages like Python or Perl for design automation.
  • Proven experience in technically leading expert teams.
  • Fluency in English, German skills are a plus.
