The opportunity


In this trainee program at our Polestar Office in downtown Vienna, you will have the unique opportunity to be a part of an exciting brand in Austria.

You will work with Austria's Head of Marketing, the headquarters, the local Sales team and the Operations team to help build awareness of the brand and ensure a unique customer experience through Events operations.

The responsibilities

  • Planning and execution of event projects with the goal to bring defined target audiences closer to the Polestar brand, drive awareness and excitement for the brand and our products as well as generate qualified leads & test drives.
  • Management of event projects like Polestar brand appearances at conferences/trade fares, test drive events, launch events, sponsoring appearances, etc.
  • Management of event projects from the strategic planning, budgeting, invitation management, hands on execution, organization, to followup, reporting etc.
We are looking for you with a curious mind and in the beginning of your Marketing and/or Events career. You are passionate about a sustainable future and new technologies. You have exceptional organizational and communication skills and ideally work-life experience in the marketing field during your studies.

We believe that you are a person with an own personal drive and determination to develop the Polestar offering to our customers.

You are a proactive thinker who works very structured and analytical.

You have fundamental understanding of how to set-up events of different kinds and bring them to success working with clear KPI's and objectives.


In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:

  • Vocational/University degree within Marketing, Events, or equivalent degree
  • Understanding of information systems, technical developments for events and database operations
  • Fluent in German and English
The traineeship salary will be €35.000 gross p.a.
